Directions from the I-84 / 184 Interchange: From I84E or I84W, take the interchange to the I-184, toward City Center. Exit Franklin Rd (exit 1A) and turn right onto Franklin Rd. Take the first left (first stoplight) onto Cold Rd. Continue North on Cole Rd. to our address. The final major intersection before arriving at our clinic is Cole/Ustick. We are on the right-hand-side of the street, just across from the Cole Village Shopping Center.
